Taibai Shrine is located at the confluence of the Panjiang River and the Fujiang River, south of Longxi Courtyard in Qinglian Town. It is a building where generations of people in Li Bai's hometown paid homage to him. According to the "Zhangming County Annals", Taibai Shrine was initially built in the Song Dynasty and has been repeatedly ravaged by wars and renovated many times. The existing layout of the gate, entrance hall, side rooms, main hall and courtyard was formed during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. In 1962, Taibai Ci was designated as a provincial-level original cultural relic protection unit by the People's Government of Sichuan Province. A stone tablet inscribed with the words "Hometown of Li Bai" by Comrade Deng Xiaoping was erected in the courtyard of the newly built gate.
